support wellness while educating the public of the benefits of
mushrooms as part of a healthy diet.
- Proceeds from The Mushroom Festival are distributed to charities
and organizations which benefit the residents of Kennett Square and
surrounding areas. To date The Mushroom Festival has distributed
over $160,000.

The Mission of The Mushroom Festival is to promote
the mushroom, educate consumers about the health benefits of mushrooms,
and to promote tourism in Southern Chester County, all while financially
supporting local and regional charities through a grant process. |
